Whosayna’s Mutabbaq/Baida Roti

  • 1. 1) 6 Round Samosa Wraps (b4 cutting into strips) 2) 2 Eggs (beaten) 3) 1/2 kg Mince Meat (dried in lil water, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala n ginger garlic paste, when tender, dry it up) 4) 2 Onions (chopped) 5) 2 Green Chillies (chopped) 6) 1/2 bunch Corriander leaves (chopped)


1. Mix the ingredients from 4th-6th in mince meat with beaten eggs.... lay one round wrap on working table in centre put 2-3 tbsp mince meat mixture in rectangular shape then seal like envelope using flour glue.... when all done shallow fry in oil till crispy golden brown color.... remove on strainer.... can cut in 4 after frying n serve with hot chutney....
