Whosayna’s Haaka Noodles

  • 1. 2 pkts Noodles Salt (as required) 1/2 tsp White Pepper Powder 1 tbsp Vinegar 1 tbsp Garlic (chopped) 1/4 Ginger (chopped) 1 tsp Soya Sauce 1 tbsp Hot Sauce Veggies: 1 Capsicum (thin jullienes) 2 Spring Onion (chopped) 1 cup Cabbage (shredds) 1 Carrot (jullienes) 1 cup French beans (jullienes) 1 Zucchini (jullienes)


1. 1) Boil noodles with salt and water then strain water 2) In a wok put 2 two tablespoon of oil 3) Then add garlic and ginger, add green chillies and toss 4) Now add veggies and soya sauce 5) Let it dry, sprinkle salt and white pepper 6) Add noodles, hot sauce and vinegar and stir well 7) Garnish with spring onions and serve as you make NB: if you using chicken, stirfry chicken before adding veggies
