Whosayna’s Fruit n Nut Custard Cream

  • 1. Custard: 1) 3 tea mugs (@250ml) Milk 2) 4 tbsp Custard powder 3) 1 tea mug Evaporated Milk 4) 6 tbsp Sugar 5) 3 tbsp Nestle Cream Fruits n Nuts: 1) 2 teamugs Pineapple (chopped) 2) 2 Bananas (chopped) 3) 1 Avocado (chopped) 4) 1 Mango (chopped) 5) 1 teamug Nuts (walnuts, pistachios, pine nuts and pecans) Cream: 1) 250 ml Whip Cream 2) 2 tbsp Castor Sugar 3) 1 tsp Vanilla Essence


1. Custard: 1) Pour milk, evaporated milk, sugar n custard powder in a pot and beat well then keep on flame 2) Let it boil keep on stirring to avoid lumps 3) When very thick remuv from flame, add cream n whisk then cover it with cling film Fruits n Nuts: Mix well n lay on a casserole Cream: Beat well cream just before forming peaks add castor sugar n essence and beat till peaks formed How to set: use a casserole or small dessert bowls.... 1) 1st layer: lay fruits n nuts mixture 2) 2nd layer: pour custard evenly 3) 3rd layer: pour whipped cream Chill in fridge, then serve
