  • 1. 1) 1/2 kg Chicken fillet (cut in nuggets) 2) Salt 3) Chilli flakes 4) 1 tbsp Yogurt 5) 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste 6) 1 tbsp Vinegar 7) 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Coating: 1) 1 cup All purpose flour (Maida) 2) 1 cup Bread Crumbs 3) 1 Egg 4) 1 cup Milk 5) pinch of Salt 6) dash of White pepper 7) 1/2 tsp Baking powder 8} 1 tsp Mustard Sauce 9) 1/2 tsp Tarragon n Thyme


1. Marination: Marinate chicken pcs in above for 3 hrs or more.... Coating: In one bowl mix maida, baking powder, pinch of salt n pepper.... In another bowl put bread crumbs... In 3rd bowl beat egg with little salt, 2 tbsp flour, tarragon, thyme, mustard sauce n milk... Put flour on chicken strip, then dip in beaten egg then coat breadcrumbs... Keep in a tray when all done, keep in deep freezer for an hr.... Deep fry on med flame to golden brown color.... Njoy with mayo n hot sauce....
