Wheat Flour Ladoo

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. Wheat Flour 1 cups
  • 2. Ghee 1/4 cups
  • 3. Jaggery powdered 1/2 cups
  • 4. Milk Powder 1/4 cups
  • 5. Glucose Powder 1/4 cups
  • 6. Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • 7. Cashewnuts 10 nos

PREPARATION

1. Roast cashewnuts in ghee

2. Set aside

3. Heat ghee 2 tbsp in a pan and roast the Wheat flour in ghee till nice aroma came

4. Then switch off the flame

5. Add jaggery powder Milk powder Glucose Powder and Cardamom Powder

6. Mix well

7. Heat the ghee and pour it in the mixture and mix well

8. When it is warm and can handle with dry hands make this into ladoos

9. Store it in a clean dry air tight container

10. This ladoo will stay perfect in room temperature for 2 weeks

11. We use Ghee in hot

12. After finished Ladoo preparation allow it for room temperature

13. Then keep it in a Air tight container
