INGREDIENTS

  • 1. 2 katori kuttu ka aata
  • 2. 1/2 teaspoon sendha namak
  • 3. 2-3 chopped green chillies
  • 4. 1/2 katori chopped green coriander leaves
  • 5. 8 boiled potatoes
  • 6. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 7. 2 katori malai
  • 8. 1/2 katori chopped dryfruit
  • 9. 1.5 tablespoon sugar
  • 10. 1/2 teaspoon elaichi powder

PREPARATION

1. Take kuttu aata, namak, kali mirch, grated boiled potato green coriander leaves and green chillies and knead soft dough

2. )Make small paranthas by applying ghee

3. Take kadai add malai and boiled grated potatoes mix it well and roast on medium flame till golden brown or ghee starts leaving side

4. Add chopped dry fruits elaichi powder and sugar and again roast till all sugar melts

5. Vrat thali ready to serve with curd green chutney, kuttu ka parantha and alu halwa
