Vegetable Stuffed Idli

  • 1. 1 big bowl Idli batter
  • 2. 1 carrot shredded
  • 3. 1/2 cup green peas
  • 4. 1/4 cup coriander leaves finely chopped


1. Take idli plate keep 1 t spoon carrot,few green peas,1 t spoon coriander pour idli batter on it

2. Steam it for 10-15 minutes

3. Switch off the flame.after five minutes take it away turn the plate upside show it under tap water for few seconds

4. Then using a spoon remove idli from idli plates and serve hot with sambar
