Tri Color Flag Poori

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. wheat Flour 1 cups
  • 2. Salt 1 tsp
  • 3. Carrot Puree 1/4 cups
  • 4. Spinach Puree 1/4 cups
  • 5. Beetroot Puree 1/4 cups
  • 6. Cooking Oil 1 cups

PREPARATION

1. Take All Veggies and cut into Small Pieces

2. Make All Veggies Puree seperately by adding very little Water

3. Now Take a seperate Bowl, Add Wheat flour ,salt and Veg puree and make a dough. Need not Add Water since Veg Puree already contains some water

4. Roll Each Dough Seperatly by dusting some flour

5. Arrange All one by one On top and Roll it Tight

6. Cut Into small small dough to make Tricolor Pooris

7. Make Small Small Round Pooris. It looks Amazing

8. Fry It In Hot Oil

9. Now yummy Tri Color Veggies Poori Ready to serve
