INGREDIENTS

  • 1. 10 tondali
  • 2. 1/2 cup besan / gram flour
  • 3. 1 tsp salt
  • 4. 1 pinch cumin seeds
  • 5. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 6. 1 tsp red chilly powder
  • 7. 1/2 cup oil for frying

PREPARATION

1. Slice tondali vertically

2. Mix rest of the ingredients to make batter by adding water

3. Dip the tondali into the batter

4. Heat oil in a pan and deep tondali fry until it turns golden brown.

5. Drain excess oil and serve hot with ketchup
