INGREDIENTS

  • 1. Coconut 1/2 bowls
  • 2. Dry red chilli- 6 nos
  • 3. Salt 2 pinch
  • 4. Tamarind,small size 1 nos
  • 5. Curry leaves 3-4 nos
  • 6. Small Onions 5 nos

PREPARATION

1. Roast dry chilli,keep aside

2. Roast coconut slices till brown colour

3. Then keep aside

4. Now roast onion d curry leaves

5. Add all these in small amount in a small jar along with salt and tamarind

6. Dont grind too much

7. Make a coarse consistency powder

8. So the nadan chammanthi is ready

9. Great with kanji
