Tandoori Chicken Gravy

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. For tanduri marination: chicken 500 gm
  • 2. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • 3. Roasted besan 1 tbsp
  • 4. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • 5. Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  • 6. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  • 7. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • 8. Black salt 1 / 2tsp
  • 9. Salt 1 tsp
  • 10. Aamchur powder 1/2 tsp
  • 11. Mustard oil 2 tbsp
  • 12. onion cut into squares 1
  • 13. Tomato 3 large chopped
  • 14. Green chilly paste 1 tsp
  • 15. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • 16. Red chilly powder 1 tsp
  • 17. Capsicum cut into squares 1
  • 18. For gravy: chopped onion 2 large
  • 19. Chopped tomatoes 3 large
  • 20. Cashew 1/2 cup
  • 21. Green chilly paste 1 tsp,
  • 22. coriander powder 1 tsp
  • 23. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • 24. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • 25. Salt 1 tsp
  • 26. Oil 6 tbsp
  • 27. Fresh cream 3/4 cup

PREPARATION

1. Firstly marinate chicken with all marinade including mustard oil, Salt, spices keep for 1/2 hour.

2. Heat 2 tbsp oil ad chopped onion and saute until soft, as tomatoes and again cook till soft.

3. Grind cashew with little water and ad in.

4. Ad all spices, Salt and cook on high flame. Switch off the gas and let it cool and make fine paste of it.

5. In. Same pan and 2 tbsp oil and ad marinated chicken and cook until done from both side.

6. Now in other pan heat 2 tbsp oil ad prepared paste, 1/2 cup water and cover the lid and cook till oil separates.

7. Ad cooked chicken pieces, some water and simmer for 10 minutes.

8. Just before serving pour cream over it. Serve hot
