Suji (samolina) Halva

  • 1. 1 cup of samolina ,1cup of sugar ,2 cup of milk ,6 each cashews and almonds


1. Take a fry pan add desi ghee or clarified butter then add pre roasted samolina mix everything and cook for for some time then add boiling milk and mix everything add dry fruits which are fried earlier after few minutes samolina is dry cover the pan for few minutes then add sugar mix everything cover the pan again let everything cook in its steam it's ready in few minutes.
