Stuff Cheesy Pav Pakora

  • 1. Pav(Bun) 7/8
  • 2. For the stuffing=1cup potato boiled and mashed
  • 3. 2tsp chopped onion
  • 4. 1tsp ginger,garlic paste
  • 5. 1tsp chopped green chillies
  • 6. 1tsp garam masala
  • 7. 1tsp red chilli powder
  • 8. 1cup greated Cheese
  • 9. 1/2cup green chutney
  • 10. 1/2 cup tomato chutney
  • 11. for the batter=1cup basan flour
  • 12. 1tsp cornflour
  • 13. 1/2 cup purpose flour
  • 14. 1or 2tsp salt (to taste )
  • 15. water 2cup
  • 16. 3cup oil for frying


1. Fristly,make stuffing in a bowl take mashed potatoes,add red chilli powder,chopped onion,green chillies,ginger and garlic paste add garam masala and greated cheese mix all the ingredients togther and mix and mashed them well until potato get mix with the make the stuffings divided it into equal portions.

2. Take s pav(bun) cut into middle.take one pav piece and drizzling the tomato sauce and green chutne over it,now spread this potato mixture of the pav place anothe pieces of pav on it tightly so that it holdd together.the stuffing will hold the pav pieces in places.

3. Now maker batter=in a bowl take basan flour,purpose flour,cornflour and salt and water mix it well make this thick batter.the batter is completly ready.

4. Heat oil in a pan,now dip the stuff pavs in the batter coat it well and drop it in the hot oil carefully.fry until golden all the sides by flipping.drain them on kitchen tissue paper.

5. Serve it hot hot with sauce or green chutney or tea.
