INGREDIENTS

  • 1. 1 cup beaten rice
  • 2. 1/2 Capsicum
  • 3. 1 onion
  • 4. 1/2 tomato
  • 5. 1 tsp salt
  • 6. 1 tsp roasted cumin
  • 7. 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 8. 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • 9. 1/4 tsp black pepper powder

PREPARATION

1. Boil 2 cup of water and soak beaten rice for 3-4 minutes.

2. Now strain them so that extra water can reduce.

3. Chop all the vegetables and mix all the spices.

4. Now mix all in beaten rice and mix well.

5. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
