Sprout Bhel

Bhel is made from sprouted moong beans which are high in protein. Moong sprouts are loaded with fibre so keep your tummy full for long.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. moong sprout 2 cups
  • 2. Onions finely chopped 1 medium
  • 3. Tomatoes finely chopped 1 medium
  • 4. Cucumber finely chopped 1 small
  • 5. Corriander finely chopped 1/2 cup
  • 6. Salt 1 teaspoon
  • 7. Red chilli pwd 1 teaspoon
  • 8. Chat masala 1 teaspoon
  • 9. Lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon
  • 10. Sev 1/2 cup
  • 11. Tamarind sweet chutney 1 tablespoon
  • 12. Green chutney 1 teaspoon

PREPARATION

1. Cook moong sprout by steaming till soft

2. In a mixing bowl add sprouts onions tomatoes cucumber corriander salt red chilli pwd chat masala lemon juice tamarind chutney n green chutney n mix properly

3. Serve in a plate n garnish with sev n corriander leaves
