Spaghetti Ball

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. 1 packet spaghetti
  • 2. 4 cheese cube(medium size 1 medium sized onion finely chopped
  • 3. 2 chopped green chillies
  • 4. 1 tbsp salt
  • 5. 2 tbsp black pepper
  • 6. 200 gm all purpose flour
  • 7. 250 ml milk
  • 8. 50 gm butter
  • 9. 200 gm bread crumbs
  • 10. 2 cup vegetable oil

PREPARATION

1. Boil the spaghetti and keep aside.

2. Take a pan, pour the milk flour in it, stir continuously.

3. Then add butter and give it a good mix .

4. When the gravy will be thick, add grated cheese in it.

5. Switch off the flame, let the mixture cool down.

6. Mix the white sauce gravy with boiled spaghetti.

7. Add chopped onions, green chilli , salt, pepper in it.

8. Make small ball from the dough.

9. Make a batter by using flour and water . Coat each ball in it.

10. Then coat in bread crumbs each ball properly.

11. Heat oil in a pan, deep fry the balls.

12. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
