Soya Manchurian Dry

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. Soya Chunks 10 gms
  • 2. Onion 2 nos
  • 3. Capsicum 1/4 nos
  • 4. Green chilli 5 nos
  • 5. Soya sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
  • 6. Tomato ketchup 1 1/2 tbsp
  • 7. Ginger 1 tbsp
  • 8. Garlic 3/4 tbsp
  • 9. Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • 10. Spring onion 5-6 nos
  • 11. Oil for frying 2 cups
  • 12. Sesame oil 2 tbsp
  • 13. Salt 2 tbsp
  • 14. Vinegar 1/2 tbsp
  • 15. Sugar 1/4 tsp
  • 16. For marination:Soya sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
  • 17. Tomato sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
  • 18. Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tsp
  • 19. Pepper powder 1 tsp
  • 20. Vinegar 1/2 tsp
  • 21. All purpose flour or Atta 1 tbsp
  • 22. Cornflour 1 tbsp
  • 23. Water 1 cups
  • 24. Salt 1 pinch

PREPARATION

1. Soak soya chunks in hot water for 1/2 an hour

2. Then squeeze all the water from the chucks and again wash,do the same procedure for 2 to 3 times

3. Combine chilli powder ,pepper powder,soya sauce ,cornflour ,atta, salt and water together and mix well

4. Then marinate the chunks with this masala for min 20 minutes

5. Then heat oil and deep fry them

6. At this time heat oil in a non stick pan

7. Add green chilli slits ginger- garlic pieces spring onion white and pinch of salt

8. Saute them for one minute

9. Then add half portion of onion and capsicum

10. Saute till the onion become translucent

11. Now add soya sauce and tomato sauce chilli sauce vinegar and mix well

12. Then add 1 1/2 cup of hot water and sugar

13. ook for few minutes

14. Then add 3 tbsp of corn flour mix take 1 tbsp cornflour and add 1/4 cup of water and mix well

15. Cook this mix until the raw taste of the cornflour goes

16. Check the taste and adjust

17. Add the fried chunks to the sauce and mix well

18. Check the salt and spice

19. Adjust the salt and spice as u needed

20. Finally add rest of the onion capsicum and green chilli and spring onion

21. So the lovely spicy Soya manchurian is ready to be served

22. Serve with fried rice pulav,chapaty etc
