Sooji Halwa

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. Sooji 1 bowl
  • 2. Ghee 4 tbsp
  • 3. Sugar 1/2 bowl
  • 4. Water 3 bowl
  • 5. Cashew nuts 1 tsp
  • 6. Almond 1 tsp
  • 7. Pistachio 1 tsp

PREPARATION

1. Heat a pan add ghee sooji stir on low medium flame.

2. Stir until sooji gets brown. Sooji will now stop sticking on pan.

3. Boil water add boiling water stir well. Stir until stop sticking on pan.

4. Add sugar stir well. Stir until stop sticking on pan. Final mix.

5. Grind all dry fruit. Add dry fruit mix well.

6. Decorate with whole dry fruit.

7. Enjoy hot dry fruit sooji halwa.
