INGREDIENTS

  • 1. 1 bowl sago
  • 2. 3 -4 boiled and mashed potato
  • 3. 1 spoon salt
  • 4. 1/2 cup roasted and crushed peanut powder
  • 5. 1 spoon grated ginger
  • 6. 2 - 3 green chilli chopped
  • 7. 2 spoon chopped coriander leaves
  • 8. 1 cup oil for frying

PREPARATION

1. Wash and soak the sabudana in water for 4 -5 hrs.

2. After that strain the sabudana and put in the mixing bowl.

3. Add all ingredients accept oil and mix well.

4. Make a cutlet shape.

5. Now heat oil in a wok and deep fry these cutlet on midium hot oil.

6. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
