Restaurant Style Vegetable Hakka Noodles

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. Noodles-150gm
  • 2. Vegetables of ur choice:Capsicum-1
  • 3. onion-1
  • 4. spring onion-1
  • 5. cabbage-1
  • 6. carrot-1beans-1
  • 7. Soya sauce-2tbsp
  • 8. Chilli sauce-1/2tsp
  • 9. Garlic-2
  • 10. Seasame Oil-1tsp
  • 11. Vinegar-1/2tsp
  • 12. Pepper powder-1/4 -1/2tsp
  • 13. Salt-1 tsp
  • 14. Oil-2 tbsp
  • 15. Water-2 cups

PREPARATION

1. Cut vegetables in lengthwise and keep aside

2. Boil plenty of water add oil and salt

3. Then add noodles and cook till 90percentage done

4. Now strain and pour cold water over the cooked noodles and drain

5. Then sprinkle some oil and mix wellkeep aside

6. Now heat oil in a kadai in high heat

7. Now add garlic onioncarrot and beans

8. Saute for few seconds

9. Now add cabbageand capscium and saute for few seconds

10. Now add noodles and mix well

11. Add soya sauce chilli sauce and salt,mix well

12. Now add vinegar,mix well

13. Finally add pepper powder and mix

14. Check the taste

15. Finally add green onions and sprinkle some sesame oil

16. So our tasty veg hakka noodles is ready to serve

17. Serve with your favourite sauce and dish
