INGREDIENTS

  • 1. tomatoes - diced 5-6 Nos
  • 2. garlic clove 1 Nos
  • 3. onion 1 Nos
  • 4. bay leaf small 1 Nos
  • 5. tsp sugar 1/2 Teaspoons
  • 6. basil leaves 4 Nos
  • 7. the onion chopped 1 Nos
  • 8. garlic chopped 1/2 Teaspoons
  • 9. Salt 1 Teaspoons
  • 10. Oil - to saute 5 Tablespoons
  • 11. Water 1/2 Cups

PREPARATION

1. Cook the tomatoes in a pan and add clove of garlic, onion and bay leaf to it. Add water and then season with salt and sugar. Cover and let the tomatoes boil then keep cool and grind to a puree. Then a separate pan, heat oil and add chopped onion and chopped garlic and add the tomato puree. Cook till it's reduces to half. Then add basil leaves and keep aside.

2. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a large saucepan of salted boiling water and drain it for few minutes.

3. Mix clocked (shalow fried) sausage with hot pasta and add and mix the Red Sauce and seasoning with red & yellow capsicum and serve immediately.
