Rajma Curry

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. Onions 2
  • 2. Tomatoes 3
  • 3. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • 4. Dried red chillies 4
  • 5. Salt 3 tsp
  • 6. Potatoes 3
  • 7. Rajma 100 gms
  • 8. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • 9. Mustard oil 2 tbsp
  • 10. Garam masala powder 1 tsp

PREPARATION

1. Heat oil in a cooker

2. Add dried red chillies and onions, fry it till golden brown

3. Add ginger garlic paste

4. Add tomatoes, red chilli powder and salt

5. Fry till tomato is pulpy

6. Add rajma, potatoes and water, mix it well

7. Cover the cooker and bring it to whistle in high heat

8. Lower the heat and cook for another 20 min

9. Let it cool before you open the cooker

10. With the back of the ladle crush the rajma partially till the gravy becomes creamy

11. Add garam masala powder and mix it well

12. Serve hot with rice
