Prawn Pulao

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. Prawns 10 Nos
  • 2. Basmati rice 200 Grams
  • 3. bay leaves 3 Nos
  • 4. cinnamon stick 1/2 Nos(half an inch)
  • 5. Salt some To Taste
  • 6. ghee 1 Tablespoons
  • 7. red chilli powder 1 Teaspoons
  • 8. ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoons
  • 9. peppercorns 10 Nos
  • 10. onion 1 Nos(small one finely chopped)

PREPARATION

1. Wash the rice and set aside.

2. Marinate the prawns in ginger garlic paste, chilli powder.

3. Saute finely chopped onion with ghee util color turns golden brownish.

4. Add cinnamon stick, bay leaves and pepper corn to pan.and saute it.

5. Add marinated prawns to this and again saute till change its color.

6. Then add rice and saute some more minutes.

7. Add water till the rice submerges in and then add salt.stir for few minute.

8. Allow this to boil till water dries up.

9. Serve hot.
