Powerful Peanuts Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. 3/4 cup peanuts
  • 2. 2 cucumber finely chopped
  • 3. 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 4. 2 tomato finely chopped
  • 5. 2 onion finely chopped
  • 6. 1 green chilli chopped
  • 7. 1 spoon chopped coriander leaves
  • 8. 1/2 lemon juice
  • 9. 1//4 spoon salt or as per taste
  • 10. 1/4 spoon black pepper powder

PREPARATION

1. Dry roast the peanuts and remove it skin.

2. Take a bowl put all chopped veggies in it.

3. Now add roasted peanuts, salt, black pepper, lemon juice and coriander leaves.

4. Mix well and serve immediately.
