Potato Lollipops

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. 1 Potato
  • 2. 1 medium finely chopped onion
  • 3. 2 green chillis
  • 4. 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 5. 1 tsp salt
  • 6. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 7. 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 8. 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 9. 1 chaat masala
  • 10. 1/2 lemon juice
  • 11. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 12. 1.5 cup bread crumbs
  • 13. 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 14. 1 cup oil to deep fry
  • 15. 1 tsp schezwan chutney
  • 16. 1 tbsp mayonnaise

PREPARATION

1. Step 1: Mash Potatoes and add all the spices, onions, chillies, salt, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp corn flour and coriander and mix well

2. Make small lemon size balls and keep them aside. Keep oil to heat.

3. In a bowl add 1 tbsp corn flour and 3tbsp water. Consistency must be smooth. take 1/2 bread crumbs in to a plate.

4. Take a ball dip it in the paste and cover it with bread crumbs. Do same with all balls and deep fry it.

5. Serve it with plain mayonnaise or add 1 tsp schezwan chutney into 1 tbsp mayonnaise mix well and your dip is ready. Serve hot crispy potato lollipops with this dip and enjoy ❤
