Pomegranate Ice Tea

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. 0,5 pomegranates
  • 2. 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3. 1 camomille teabag
  • 4. 0,5 litres of water

PREPARATION

1. Cook camomille tea

2. Boil 1 part water and 1 part sugar

3. Add 5 tablespoons of pomegranate juice (either pressed from the kernels or store-bought) to the sugar water

4. Cool tea and sugar water/syrup

5. Pour together (1 part syrup 4 parts tea)

6. Add pomegranate kernels (optional)
