Pizza Noodles

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. Noodles -300gm
  • 2. Carrot- 1 small
  • 3. Capcicum - 1 small
  • 4. Green peas- 1 bowl
  • 5. Tomato- 2 medium size
  • 6. Oil - 3 tspoon
  • 7. Cheese cube -3 cube
  • 8. Salt -1½ tsp
  • 9. Rice floor -1 tsp
  • 10. Maggi magic masala -2 tsp
  • 11. Water- 2 cup
  • 12. Sugar- 2 pinch
  • 13. Onion-1 big

PREPARATION

1. Take a kadai , boil the noodles / maggi / atta Noodles with 2 cup of water ½tsp oil & ½ tsp salt for 3-4 min in high flame.

2. Take a fry pan add 2 tsp oil , add chopped onion, then add chopped carrot, capcicum fry for 1 min then add cup of green peas for 4 min. Then add chopped tomato , salt as per taste, * rember we already add salt in noodles & we ll add cheess . Cheese also contain salt. So add salt as per the taste.

3. After soft of tomato and all veggis add 2pinc of sugar (optional) & noodles, magic masala mix it well if required add 2 tsp of water then add 1tsp of rice floor and mix it well to bind it well and make it round shape like pizza base . Grid the cheese cube top of the noodles and cover it for 3-4 min to melt the cheese .

4. OR Then transfer it in the baked vessel . Grid the cheese cube top of the noodles and baked it for 5 mins.
