INGREDIENTS

  • 1. Green moong dal 1/2 cups
  • 2. Ginger (chopped) 2 tsp
  • 3. Green chilli 2 nos
  • 4. Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
  • 5. Salt 1 tsp
  • 6. Rice flour 2 tbsp
  • 7. Oil/ghee 1 tsp
  • 8. Toppings ,Grated carrot 3 tbsp
  • 9. Grated coconut 2 tbsp
  • 10. Onion (chopped) 1 tbsp

PREPARATION

1. Soak the dal overnight and grind them with rest of the ingredients except the rice flour and oil, to a smooth paste..

2. Mix the rice flour to it and stir. Heat a non stick pan, pour a ladle of the mixture and roll like a dosa.

3. Sprinkle the toppings generously, and drizzle oil on the sides. Let this cook for 2-3 minutes, serve with coconut chutney.
