Peanuts Laddu

  • 1. Peanuts/groundnuts - 1 cup
  • 2. Jaggery (crushed) - 1/3 rd cup


1. Roast the groundnuts on a medium flame for about 6-7 minutes. Cool them and de-skin the roasted nuts.

2. Grind them in a mixer grinder in short pulses, and then add the Jaggery into it.

3. Grind it for few seconds more until the ground nuts release the oil. Pour this mixture into a bowl.

4. Make the LADDUS out of this mixture, the oil released from the nuts will help bind them. Serve and store.
