Peanut-coconut dry chutney

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. 1 cup roasted peanuts
  • 2. 4-5 garlic cloves
  • 3. 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 4. 1-2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 5. 1/2 tsp salt
  • 6. 1 pinch sugar
  • 7. 2 tsp dry grated coconut

PREPARATION

1. peel off the skin of peanuts.

2. Take all ingredients in mixer grinder and grind it coarsely

3. Dont blend it continuously as it will make peanuts leave oil. give 4 -5 pulse and remove the chutney in and air tight jar.

4. store for 1 month and eat with chapati, parathas.
