INGREDIENTS

  • 1. Tur dal 1/2 cup
  • 2. Salt 1/2 tspn
  • 3. Ghee 1 tspn
  • 4. Cumin seeds 1 tspn
  • 5. Mustard 1 tspn
  • 6. Red chilly 2
  • 7. Asafoetida 1 pinch
  • 8. Curry leaves 1 sprig

PREPARATION

1. Soak tur dal in water for 15 min

2. Pressure cook tur dal by adding cup of water for 3 whistles

3. Smash finely

4. Temper mustard,Cumin seeds,asafoetida,Red chilly and curry leaves in ghee

5. Add the tempering to smashed dal

6. Serve with hot rice
