Paneer Tikka

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. Paneer 150 gm
  • 2. Card 4 tbs
  • 3. Salt 1tbs
  • 4. Ginger and garlic paste 1tbs
  • 5. Coriander and cumin powder 1tbs
  • 6. Chat masala 1 tbs
  • 7. Green chilli 1 paste
  • 8. Balck paper powder 1tbs
  • 9. Kashuri methi 5 tbs socked inti water 30 minutes
  • 10. Olive oil 1 cup
  • 11. Maida 90 gm

PREPARATION

1. paneer cut into thin 6 pieces,

2. Take a bowl add all ingredients except oil and kashuri methi.

3. Marinated 20 minutes.

4. Take a another bowl add moida ,black paper .Make a smooth batter.

5. Take a piece of marinated paneer add methi paste over it.And again keep a marinated piece of paneer .

6. Add moida batter.Cover it well.

7. Take a pan add oil deeply fried it.

8. Garnishing with salad serve hot Paneer Tikka.
