INGREDIENTS

  • 1. 1 cup moong daal
  • 2. 1 cup chaana daal
  • 3. 1 cup Masoor dal
  • 4. 1 cup urad daal
  • 5. 1 cup tuvar daal
  • 6. 2 cups coriander leaves
  • 7. 1 cup curry leaves
  • 8. 7 to 8 green chillies
  • 9. 1 spoon salt
  • 10. 1 spoon jeera
  • 11. 1 spoon Dhaniya powder
  • 12. 7 to 8 garlic cloves
  • 13. 1 inch Ginger
  • 14. 1/2 cup oil

PREPARATION

1. soak all pulses about 1/2 hours

2. drain it and grind it & grind all ingredients except oil and water

3. add water to batter as needed

4. Greece tawa with oil and make pancake

5. Serve with tomato sauce or any chatni
