INGREDIENTS

  • 1. Jaggery powder - 1/2 cup
  • 2. Lemon - 1
  • 3. Dry ginger powder - 1/4 tsp
  • 4. Elachi powder - 1/4 tsp
  • 5. Water - 2 cup
  • 6. Salt - 1/4 tsp

PREPARATION

1. Dissolve the jaggery in water then add lemon juice, elachi powder,dry ginger powder, salt and mix well.

2. Then strain it using a strainer and serve.

3. Chilled panakam is even more tastier.
