Onam Special Pazham Paal Paayasam/ Paal Vazhakka

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. Sabudana 1/2 cups
  • 2. Banana 3 nos
  • 3. Milk 1 1/2 litre
  • 4. Sugar 10 tbsp
  • 5. Salt 1 pinch
  • 6. Water 2 cups
  • 7. Cardamom 2 nos
  • 8. Ghee 2 tbsp

PREPARATION

1. Cut add some sugar and roast again

2. Then transfer to a bowl and keep aside

3. Boil water and add sabudana and cook well

4. When cooked well strain and keep aside with 1/2 cup of cooked water

5. Now boil milk along with 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water

6. Add cardamom and sugar and boil until the water gets evaporates

7. Now add roasted banana and boil well for 5-10 minutes

8. Then add cooked sabudana and mix well

9. Boil for few more minutes,Then add salt

10. Remove the cardamom

11. Check the taste,adjust the sugar,I added tulsi and chethi flower

12. So the tasty banana paal payasam is ready to serve
