INGREDIENTS

  • 1. regular oats 1 cups
  • 2. curd 1 cups
  • 3. garlic butter 1 tbsp
  • 4. chopped onions,shimla mirch,carrot,corns 1 cups
  • 5. salt according to taste 1 tsp
  • 6. black pepper 1 tsp
  • 7. hung curd 1 cups
  • 8. tomato ketchup 2 tsp
  • 9. turmeric 1 tsp
  • 10. baking soda 1 tsp

PREPARATION

1. First grind oats make a powder form than add curd in to it and mix it very well

2. now take a garlic butter in a pan add add vegetables saute it for 2 mins now add in to oats mixture

3. Before pouring oats mixture in to muffin mould add baking soda mix it well now add in to mould and bake for 4 mins in micro

4. afterwords cool the muffins take 1 muffin spread tomato sauce and cover with another muffin top with hung curd tomato ketchup and coriander leaves serv it
