Nadru Ke Shaami Kabab

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. 250 gram Nadru (Kamal Kakadi)
  • 2. 1 tsp Ginger chopped
  • 3. 1 tsp Garlic chopped
  • 4. 1 green Chilli chopped
  • 5. 1/4 cup roasted Chana Dal
  • 6. 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 7. 1/2 lemon slice
  • 8. 2 tbsp fried Onion
  • 9. 1 medium size Onion chopped
  • 10. 1 tsp roasted Cumin powder
  • 11. 1/4 tsp kabaab chini powder(white Pepper)
  • 12. 1/4 tsp black Pepper powder
  • 13. 1/2 tsp garam Masala powder
  • 14. 1/2 tsp coarsaly crushed red Chilli flakes
  • 15. 1 medium size chopped Onion
  • 16. 1 tbsp fresh corriender leaves chopped
  • 17. 1 tbsp Mint leaves chopped
  • 18. 1 tsp salt or as per taste
  • 19. 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil for cooking

PREPARATION

1. First wash nicely nadru with more water now peel this and cut in circle

2. Now take nadru slice in cooker add lemon slice in it and boil for 10 minutes

3. When done switch of gas and separate from hot water and keep aside to cool when cool transfer in mixer jar and grind it without drop of water and keep aside

4. Other side heat 2 tsp oil in a pan add garlic,ginger,chopped green chilli,roasted chana dal and sesame seeds one by one when pleasant smell comes switch of gas and keep aside to cool

5. When cool add fried onion in it and grind it also without water

6. Now take grind nadru and grind masala in bowl ,add all remaining masala like, black and white pepper powder,chilli flakes, chopped onion, fresh corriender and mint leaves,lemon juice,cumin and garam masala powder and salt and mix nicely

7. Now rub palm with little amount of water and make round patties of all mixture

8. Heat oil in a pan add one by one patties in it and pan fry all patties

9. Now Nadru ke Shaami Kabab is ready to serve this Kabab hot for more taste
