INGREDIENTS

  • 1. Egg 3 Nos
  • 2. Onion Chopped 2 Nos
  • 3. Tomato big finely chopped 1 Nos
  • 4. green chillies chopped 3 Nos
  • 5. grated ginger 2 Tablespoons
  • 6. Oil 2 Tablespoons
  • 7. mustard seeds 1/2 Teaspoons
  • 8. urad dal 1/2 Teaspoons
  • 9. Dried red chilly 2 Nos
  • 10. Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoons
  • 11. Kasmiri chilli powder 1 Teaspoons
  • 12. coriander powder 1/2 Teaspoons
  • 13. Garam masala 1/2 Teaspoons
  • 14. Carrot grated 2 Tablespoons
  • 15. Cabbage grated 3 Tablespoons
  • 16. Broccoli grated 2 Tablespoons(Apart from this basic mix, You can also add these veggies to it to make same recipe with diff taste.can experiment with any of your choice. Kids love to have it and wont recognise the veggies in it.)

PREPARATION

1. 1.Take pan, add oil.

2. 2.crackle mustard, urad and dried chilli

3. 3.Add onions, ginger and green chillies, saute well.( All additional veggies except tomato can be added here)

4. 4. Add all powders: Chilli,turmeric,coriander and garam masala.Saute

5. 5. add chopped tomatoes. Saute and let the oil get seperated.

6. 6.Add eggs, scramble very well.

7. Over over. Its ready.

8. Try it out.
