Multi Grain Adai Dosai

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. Rice - 1 cup
  • 2. Toor dal - 1/4 cup
  • 3. Chana dal - 1/4 cup
  • 4. Urad dhal 2 tablespoon
  • 5. Yellow moon dal - 1 teaspoon
  • 6. Masoor dal - 1 teaspoon
  • 7. Ginger - 2 inch
  • 8. Curry leaves - 1 cup
  • 9. Hing - 1/ 2 teaspoon
  • 10. Dry red chillies - 8
  • 11. Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • 12. Oil or ghee - 1/4 cup

PREPARATION

1. Soak all ingredients for at least 3 to 4 hours and drain water

2. Grind all into a coarse paste (Rava consistency)

3. Add water to bring dosa batter consistency and Adjust salt.

4. Heat dosa tava and spread oil.

5. Pour a ladle full of ground batter and spread as dosa

6. Drizzle ghee or oil on edges.

7. When one side turns crip flip to other side and cook until crisp

8. Serve with aviyal or grated jaggery.
