Mix Veg Cheese Cutlets

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. 4 potatoes medium size
  • 2. 1 carrot
  • 3. 8..9 french beans
  • 4. 1 onion
  • 5. 100 gram cabbage
  • 6. 1 teaspoon coriander leaves
  • 7. 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 8. 100 gram cheese cubes
  • 9. 500 mililitre Oil to deep fry
  • 10. 1 teaspoon salt
  • 11. 1 teaspoon red pepper powder
  • 12. 1/2teaspoon garam masala powder

PREPARATION

1. Boil and peel potatoes

2. Now mashed potatoes in a bowl

3. Add chopped onion ,green chillies and coriander leaves

4. Add chopped cabbage

5. Add grated carrot

6. Add chopped beans

7. Add salt , pepper powder and garam masala

8. Add bread crumbs

9. Mix well

10. Now take small ball like portion on palm

11. Keep a 1/2inch cheese in between and close to make a roll

12. Make all the same way

13. Deep fry till golden

14. Serve hot with tomato catchup
