INGREDIENTS

  • 2. bread 3 slices
  • 3. butter 1 tbsp
  • 4. termuric powder 1/4 tsp
  • 5. chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • 6. salt 1/4 tsp
  • 7. water 1 tsp

PREPARATION

1. Make a paste of chilli powder, turmeric powder salt and water

2. Break the egg and add to the paste..

3. Mix well.

4. Make an omelette using the egg mixture.

5. Toast the bread slices using butter.

6. Arrange the bread slices and omelette like sandwich..

7. Serve hot with tomato sauce and fresh veggie salads
