Masala Egg Toast

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. Egg 2
  • 2. Milk 4tbspn
  • 3. Minced veggies (english salad veg) 1/4 cup
  • 4. Coriander leaves 2tbspn
  • 5. Salt 1/4 tsp
  • 6. Pepper 1/2 tsp
  • 7. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • 8. Green chillies 1tbspn
  • 9. Bread slices 5
  • 10. Oil 4tbspn

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients except oil & bread

2. Whisk or beat well. Adjust salt & spice

3. Heat tava and drizzle some oil

4. Dip the slices in egg mixing gently as it gets coated on both the sides

5. Place it gently on tava one after other

6. Drizzle some oil on top of the bread

7. Flip to the other side & toast

8. Switch off and serve with ketchup or dips
