INGREDIENTS

  • 1. Roasted peanuts 250 gms
  • 2. Mawa 100 gms
  • 3. Makhana 50 gms
  • 4. Sugar 200 gms
  • 5. Cardamom powder 1 tbsp
  • 6. Clarified butter 2 tbsp
  • 7. Cashew nuts 2 tbsp

PREPARATION

1. Heat clarified butter in a pan,and roast makhana till crispy. Once cooled,to make a powder. Dry roast the peanuts and make a powder. Heat sugar and water in a pan to make two sting consistency. Add mawa,peanuts powder,makhana powder and cardamom powder and mix well. Pour the mixture on a grease plate. Once cooled cut into a diamond shape. Garnish with cashew nuts.
