Maggi Noodles Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. Oil 2tsp
  • 2. Garlic, chopped 1tsp
  • 3. Onion finely chopped (1/2)
  • 4. Capsicum finely chopped (1/2)
  • 5. Tomato finely chopped 1
  • 6. Broccoli and peas 1/2 cup
  • 7. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • 8. Chili powder 1/2 tablespoon
  • 9. Garam masala 1/4 teaspoon
  • 10. Water 2 cups
  • 11. Maggi masala 2 sachet
  • 12. Salt 1/2 tsp(if required)
  • 13. Maggi Noodles 2 packets

PREPARATION

1. Add oil, garlic and saute well

2. Add onion and saute well

3. Add capsicum and saute well

4. Add tomato and saute well

5. Add the broccoli and peas and saute well

6. Add turmeric powder, chili powder, garam masala and saute well

7. Add water and let it boil

8. Add Maggi masala and salt(if required)

9. Stir well

10. Add Maggi noodles and spread it out

11. Let it boil for 2 minutes and stir occasionally

12. Maggi absorbs water it is ready to serve
