Maccroni Payasam

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. Macaroni - 2 cup
  • 2. Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • 3. Milk - 6 cups
  • 4. Condensed milk - 1 cup(Milkmaid)
  • 5. Cardamom powdered- 1/2 tsp
  • 6. Ghee - 4 tsp
  • 7. Cashew nuts - 20 nos
  • 8. Rose water - 2 tbsp
  • 9. Dry grapes- 20 nos

PREPARATION

1. Take water in a vessel and add the macronis in it

2. Cook the macaroni when cooked drain the excess water

3. In another pan boil milk and when it comes up and add sugar and stir it well

4. Add the cooked macaroni and again boil it for 10 minutes

5. Now add the condensed milk and stir well

6. Add cardamom powder,rose water and cook for 4-5 minutes and turn off the flame

7. For garnishing,heat ghee in pan and fry those cashew nuts and dried grapes and pour it on top of the payasam

8. Tasty Macroni Payasam is ready to be served
