INGREDIENTS

  • 1. Lemon 1/2 Kilograms
  • 2. Ripe Dates (deseeded) 20 Nos
  • 3. Garlic Cloves 12 Nos
  • 4. Chilli Powder 1 Teaspoons
  • 5. Turmeric Powder 1 Teaspoons
  • 6. Fenugreek Powder 1 Teaspoons
  • 7. Asfoetida Powder 1 Teaspoons
  • 8. Gingelly Oil 1/8 Cups
  • 9. Vinegar 1/8 Cups
  • 10. Mustard Seeds 1 Teaspoons

PREPARATION

1. Boil water add salt an cook lemons for 10 mints. once cooked slice and keep aside. Heat oil in pan..splutter mustard seeds add slices of garlic and saute until brown colour. Add all powders saute well. Add one cup water and boil. Once mixture is cool add lemon slices and dates mix well. Keep aside for complete cooling. once cool add half cup vinegar and mix well. Tadaaaa achar ready...
