Leftover Rice Cutlets

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. 1 bowl cooked rice
  • 2. 2-3 boiled potatoes
  • 3. 1 chopped onion
  • 4. 1/2 chopped green red yellow capsicum
  • 5. 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6. 1.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 7. 1.5 teaspoon dhaniya powder
  • 8. 1.5 teaspoon chat masala
  • 9. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 10. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 11. 1 teaspoon amchur powder
  • 12. 2 tablespoon besan
  • 13. 1 tablespoon rice flour
  • 14. 250 ml oil for frying

PREPARATION

1. Take one bowl cooked rice and boiled potatoes

2. Take chopped onion and capsicum

3. Mash potatoes and rice add all veggies, spices and mix well

4. Add besan, rice flour and mix well

5. Take small portion and make shapes of ur wish and fry in pan

6. Rice cutlets ready to serve with chutney
