Kit Kat Cake For Kids

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. 1 cup fine flour
  • 2. 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3. 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4. 3 tbsp butter
  • 5. 4 tbsp sugar
  • 6. 1 cup condensed milk
  • 7. 1 tbsp chopped cashew nuts
  • 8. 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
  • 9. 2-3 deseeded chopped dates
  • 10. 10 chopped raisins
  • 11. 200 gram chilled whipped cream
  • 12. 50 gram dark chocolate
  • 13. 1 tbsp fresh cream
  • 14. 12 KitKat chocolates
  • 15. Mixed chocolates (5 biscuits,waffers, caramelized chocolates as per your choice)

PREPARATION

1. mix cocoa powder in half cup of boiled milk and keep it keep it aside

2. preheat oven in 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes

3. whisk fine flour and baking powder in a bowl

4. now add butter and sugar and beat them until fluffy and creamy

5. now add condensed milk and whisk for 2-3 minutes

6. now add cocoa mixture alternating in two three steps

7. add chopped dry fruits and dates mix them well

8. Now pour this mixtures in greased Tin and bake for 30 minutes

9. now cool the cake tin over wire rack

10. remove this from the tin and keep it on the wire rack

11. now refrigerate it for 2-3 hours

12. beat the whipping cream in hand blender till stiff

13. now melt chocolate and fresh cream in a microwave

14. now add this chocolate and fresh cream in the whipped cream and mix them well

15. apply this whipped cream on the sides and top of the cake evenly

16. open the KitKat chocolates and stick on the sides of the cake

17. do it all cover the cake fully

18. now fill all the chocolates and biscuits on the top of the cake as shown in the picture

19. now keep this in the fridge just because everything should be stuck properly
