  • 1. 1 cup of curd
  • 2. 1/2 cup kesar/safferon
  • 3. 1/2 cup pista
  • 4. 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 5. 5 cups chilled milk

PREPARATION

1. Add kesar in warm milk and keep it aside

2. Crush pista and make a powder

3. Blend milk...curd and pista powder in blender

4. Add kesar in the lassi and mix it well with a spoon...
