  • 7. 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 8. 1-1/2 cup oil
  • 9. 1/2 tsp salt ya according to taste

PREPARATION

1. Ek Bowl me maida , rice flour, salt , cumin seeds , baking soda aur curd mix kare aur jaroorat anusar water mix karke smooth batter bana le.

4. Batter me chopped coriander, chilly aur grated ginger mix kare.

5. Thoda sa batter daal kar check kar le batter garam hua ya nahi kyu ki oil garam hi chaiye.

6. Garam oil me thoda thoda better daale aur golden brown aur crispy hone tak fry kare.

7. Coconut chutney, Saus , green chutney ke saath serve kare.
